What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept refunds. Exchanges may
take 14 to 21 days to process.
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed before
shipping within 14 - 28 business days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any
orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once tracking is added, an email notification will be sent to you for your order. If you
have yet to receive tracking, you can contact one of our customer service
representatives at chocolatecitydenimllc@gmail.com for updates.
My package says “delivered”, but I never received it.
Your package can be delivered to a building doorman, concierge, mail room, front
door, or mailbox. Please check those areas first. If you do not receive your package
within 24 hours, please contact the carrier (USPS) to file a claim.
Lost or Stolen Package
Chocolate City Denim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your
package does not arrive, please contact the carrier and chocolatecitydenimllc@gmail.com to initiate a USPS Claim.
