REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL. No refunds or returns for online purchases. 

Chocolate City Denim Company will exchange an item for equal or lesser value providing that the merchandise is received with tags and its original packaging, and has not been worn. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange both to and from Chocolate City Denim Company.

All exchanges must be received within 15 days from the date of delivery and must include the reason for the exchange. Exchanges should be mailed to the following address:
